I will go down the street to a place specializing in this instead. Ice cream sundaes are over $6 per person. Just be prepared to pay if you want to do any activities. Activities at most hotels I have been to are free.not here. Clean pools after hours, like other locations. Pool hours are supposed to be 9am on, but they were cleaning the pool and had it shut until after 11am on Saturday. In the morning the pools were cleaned until 11am. I understand being cautious, but after an hour with no thunder or lightning, you need to reopen the pools. The pool was shut for almost all afternoon for all three days due to lightning. Wifi is slower than any Starwood hotel that I have stayed at. The first night I woke up to cockroaches in the bathroom crawling over the towels. If you are going to do this to me, don't tell me that you are upgrading me, when in fact you are not.
I can only see the balcony wall from the room. I was put on the third floor above a marketplace area where the balcony wall blocks the view of everything. I asked for a better view, hopefully closer to the pool, since I had kids. Once we got to check in, we were told that we had an outside area first floor room. Normally if you ask for early check in, they will accommodate you, not this location, had to wait until 4pm. Let me just say, big difference from a hotel. I love Starwood hotels, but not this timeshare location. I am a platinum/gold member (last year platinum and this year gold) at Starwood hotels, this was my first time staying at a Starwood resort timeshare. But remember, it's not Sheraton quality & cleanliness level is low. so in summary, if you're looking for a spacious room (whether 1 or 2 bedroom) with appliances in a good location, then this is the place. Ugly: - Housekeeping / cleanliness : very low level of cleanliness, the housekeeping was only arranging the beds. Shuttle Bus to Disney, it didn't come and when I called the transportation desk after 30 minutes waiting in the rain, he said I don't know and transferred me to Metro company the shuttle bus operator and I found myself in a discussion with a supplier (BTW he was rude).

Security: Gated community - Free Wifi - Moderate Price / value for money ( one or two bedroom with all appliances not a standard hotel room) Bad: - Very Slow Wifi - Unfriendly Staff except the front office (reception) guy, he was amazing. Good: - Location : very close to the outlet and on the nice Idrive - Kitchen, washing machine, fridge.etc. So there's a huge difference between the quality and standards of Starwood / Sheraton hotels and this timeshare resort. First of all, this is not a pure hotel, it's mainly a time share resort.
